Our desire to spread the word of sustainability and artisanal led slow-living has seen us collaborating with other businesses who share these sentiments or those who want to explore and broaden their businesses to a more environmentally friendly model. Working in partnership, we take our clients’ design briefs and using our in-house expertise in tailoring, weaving, knitting, embroidery and plant dying skills bring to life new, eco-friendly, socially compliant product, totally tailor made for their brands.
One of our recent collaborations with the Horta Museum in Brussels, the home of the eminent art nouveau architect Victor Horta, saw us working in close collaboration with the museum’s archivist. The result was a hand embroidered, super soft Himalayan woollen shawl for the museum shop.
In a similar way, we work hand in glove with interior designers to make plant dyed, organic materials and finished product for their projects. This will include sur mesure bedding and all types of soft furnishings, including hand or machine embroidery, monogramming and other personalised motifs.
Our passion for creative exchange sees us working closely with contemporary textile artists and makers who create exquisite one off pieces or a limited editions for Juniper & Bliss. Many pieces are unique but others can be made to order.
