The Juniper & Bliss collection is made from natural materials and dyed entirely naturally. Many of the items are made in-house and the dyeing is done in our studio in Kent, using flowers, leaves, barks, seeds and cones which we gather from the gardens and countryside around us.
Consideration for the environment and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do. For this reason we do not use copper, iron and other alloys in the dyeing process and are happy that the exhausted dye bath can be used to water the garden.
Any irregularity of colour, saturation and texture are part of the hand dying, weaving and making process and should be regarded as essential to its nature. We believe our goods are made perfect by these imperfections.
We work on the concept of “the total product”, a zero waste policy, where no off-cuts go unused.
This is a free-from chemical collection.
